The Burgaw Now team along with Kevin & Emmaline Kozak, owners of Burgaw’s first brewpub opening soon, made our way to Zebulon, North Carolina to the US Foods test kitchen! We got a sneak peek (and taste) of Burgaw Brewing’s long anticipated menu; And trust us when we say, you won’t be disappointed! Kevin popped on an apron and we cozied up to the bar in the large, industrial kitchen to trial ingredients and menu items including every shape of french fry, burger bun and dipping sauce imaginable.
Kevin and Emmaline have poured themselves into the brewpub menu and were so excited to plate things up for the first time, on their fifth year wedding anniversary at that! You’ll see nods to their Pennsylvania roots including Philly style hoagie rolls and their homemade country ham dip. The Burgaw Brewing menu will certainly be a crowd pleaser for the lunch bunch and dinner rush alike with sandwiches, burgers, wings and fries as well as seasonal specials. We are so excited for their doors to open soon and for many full bellies to come!
